THERMAL CUTOUT (TCO) REMOVAL

  WARNING

Turn off the power to the product before starting this
procedure.

To remove the TCO, first 

uninstall the unit

, then remove:

1

Back cover

Remove the Thermal Cutout (TCO)

1

Remove the wire connectors from the TCO.

2

Use a T-20 Torx bit to remove the screw from the TCO.

3

Remove the TCO from the unit.

THERMAL CUTOUT (TCO) INSTALLATION

After installing the TCO, install:

1

Back cover

Then 

install the unit

.

Install the Thermal Cutout (TCO)

1

Place the TCO onto the unit.

2

Use a T-20 Torx bit to install the screw into the TCO.

3

Install the wire connectors onto the TCO.

TEMPERATURE SENSOR REMOVAL

  WARNING

Turn off the power to the product before starting this
procedure.

To remove the temperature sensor, first 

uninstall the unit

, then

remove:

1

Top cover

2

Back cover

Remove the Temperature Sensor

1

Disconnect the wire harness of the temperature sensor from
X2 on the control board.

2

Remove the temperature sensor wires from the wire clips.

3

Use a T-20 Torx bit to remove the screw from the
temperature sensor.

4

Remove the temperature sensor from the unit.

TEMPERATURE SENSOR INSTALLATION

After installing the temperature sensor, install:

1

Back cover

2

Top cover

Then 

install the unit

.

Install the Temperature Sensor

1

Place the temperature sensor into the unit.

2

Use a T-20 Torx bit to install the screw into the temperature
sensor.

3

Place the temperature sensor wires into the wire clips.

4

Connect the wire harness of the temperature sensor to X2
on the control board.
