PSI Tab
The Program Status Information is shown on this tab. To view Program Status
Information, first click on the program number of interest in the Programs Tab.
Then click the PSI tab. You may also click directly to the PSI Tab from the PMT tab.
An example of the PSI tab is shown in Figure 4-10.

A table is shown to expand the PSI information shown on the PMT tab. From this
table, you may learn the details about what caused any given status to be shown.
The following informational columns shown in the table for each PSI are:
1.
PID
: The Packet Identifier is shown.
2.
Bit Rate
: The Bit Rate associated with the PSI is shown.
3.
Pcr Err Cnt
: The Program Clock Reference error count is shown.
4.
Pts Err Cnt
: The Presentation Time Stamp error count is shown.
5.
Ts Cont Err
: The Transport Stream Container error count is shown.
6.
Present Status
: The status as listed in the abbreviated PSI on the PMT tab
is shown.
