Care
The milk system must be thoroughly cleaned and
sanitized at least once a day, after no more 24 hours.
For coffee machines with Plug&Clean, this must be
done as part of the machine cleaning at the end of
operation. If this Plug&Clean cleaning is not done, then
the combi spout must be disassembled and cleaned
manually.
Milk system cleaning Standard
Milk system cleaning consists of three parts.

Automatic foamer rinsing 3 minutes after the last
beverage with milk or milk foam
•
Display-guided milk system rinsing
•
once per day
, place combi spout, milk hose and
milk nozzles in a cleaning solution
