Enter AT command Mode
W5500S2E-S1 has two modes, AT command mode and data mode. In AT command mode, user
could use serial terminal or through user’s MCU main board to configure the parameters of the
module. Command enter will return a value (In echo mode, it will show the serial message). In data
mode, all the commands except the “+++” would be ignored to the module. Thus, entering the “+++”
command will change the module into AT command mode.
Note: ”+++” command rules: It needs to send “+” symbol continuously in 3 times to through serial
interface to the module. This command requires 1 second gap each before and after this command
has entered to activate the correct response from W5500S2E-S1. If not, it will consider as user’s
data input. This command does not require CRLF (Carriage-Return Line-Feed)(\r\n). The factory
default setting of the module is in AT command mode.
