Maintenance
6.1 Regular testing
The machine must be inspected and maintained by a specialist:
➤
prior to first commissioning,
➤
after changes to / the servicing of parts of the installation that
affect safety,
➤
after an interruption to operation lasting more than 6 months,
➤
although at least every 12 months.
In the case of machines that have been put out of use, the test can
be delayed until the next time commissioning takes place.
The results of the tests must be recorded in writing and stored until
the next test. The test certificate or a copy of this must be available
at the machine’s place of use.
6.2 Maintenance schedule
The information in the maintenance schedule constitutes
recommendations only. The time frames may vary depending
on the characteristics of the materials used, as well as external
influences.
