installation location for the cylinder concerned.

Burglary resistance
Note
Increased risk of burglary due to incorrect cylinder
length!
Cylinders which project out more than 3 mm from
the fitting on the door provide a vulnerable surface
for burglars to gain entry.
•
Measure and select cylinder to ensure it
projects a maximum of 3 mm from the fitting.
Note
Increased risk of burglary due to incorrectly
installed cylinder.
There is an increased risk of burglary if the cylinder
is not fitted with the magnetic protection on the
outer side.
•
Install cylinders with the magnetic protection
on the outside if there is protection.
•
Never invert the cylinder's A side (outside) and
B side (inside).
