Labelling on the packaging
Lithium-ion batteries
A transport label is affixed to cover boxes containing lithium-ion batteries.
Damaged packaging and/or products must not be transported or
stressed with pressure.
Tip

on the transport label.
Observe the safety instructions for handling batteries.
3.2 Transport and unpack
How to handle packaging materials
Environment
Hazard for the environment due to incorrect
disposal.
Packaging materials are valuable raw materials
and can be re-used in many cases or treated and
recycled. The incorrect disposal of packaging
material can pose a risk to the environment.

Dispose of the packaging materials in an
environmentally friendly manner.
•
Observe local disposal regulations. Contract
a specialist company to handle disposal if
necessary.
The locking system components are securely packed for transportation.
They will only function correctly if the packaging is undamaged.
Check the packaging
1.
Check the packaging for damage.
2.
Inform Customer Service immediately of any damage.

Tip
It must be returned without the battery.

Check to ensure supply is complete.
4.
Ensure that the PUK card scratch-off panel is undamaged.
5.
Close packaging and leave contents in the packaging until
installation or use.
