The processing of personal data is only permitted if there is an effective legal basis for the processing of such data. If we
process your personal details, this takes place regularly based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1a) GDPR (e.g.
if your details are provided voluntarily in the login screen or in the contact form), for the purposes of fulfilling the contract
in accordance with Art. 6 (1b) GDPR (e.g. when using in-APP purchases or other chargeable APP functions) or in cases
of justified interest in accordance with Art. 6 (1f) GDPR, which are always balanced against your interests (e.g. as part of
advertising measures). The relevant legal bases may be specified in a separate place within the framework of this Privacy
Policy.
Encryption
This APP uses encryption for security purposes and to protect the transmission of sensitive content, such as requests you
send to us as an APP operator, or communication between APP users. This encryption prevents the data you submit from
being read by unauthorised third parties.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time in accordance with legal requirements.

For persons whose personal data is processed by us, the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) grants them with
certain rights, which we would like to inform you of at this point:
Revocation of your consent to data processing

data processing. You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal message sent to us by e-mail is sufficient. The legality
of the data processing operations carried out until the point of revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

data collection takes place based on Art. 6 (1e or f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of the relevant
personal information at any time for reasons resulting from your specific situation; this also applies to profiling based on
these regulations. The legal basis for the data processing can be found in this Privacy Policy. If you file an objection, we
will no longer process the relevant personal information, unless we can verify strong, legitimate reasons for the processing,
which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or where the data processing is necessary to assert, exercise or defend
legal claims. If your personal information is processed for the purposes of direct advertising, you have the right to object to
the processing of the relevant personal information relating to you for the purposes of this form of advertising at any time;
this also applies for profiling, where it is connected with direct advertising of this kind. If you object, your personal data will
no longer be used for the purposes of direct advertising.
Right of appeal to a supervisory authority
In the case of violations of the GDPR, the persons concerned have a right of appeal to a supervisory authority. The right of
appeal is without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedies.
Information, deletion and correction
You have the right to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data
