4.7. Clamping tools with 15° / 22,5° (optional)
The turning bolt is screwed into the table.
The clamping tools are placed on the turning points and
set with the
scales of the tables.
The fastening of the clamping tools is carried out by the clamping claw
in the front and the rear, and by the clamping disc inside the turning
point.
The valve is factory-set.
The speed to open / shut the clamping tools can be modified by the
adjusting screw if necessary.

Thereto release the counternut at the adjusting screw, turn the
adjusting screw clockwise by an Allen key, thus the speed reduces
(but increases anti-clockwise).

Afterwards safeguard this position by tightening the counternut.
In case the clamping tools are removed from the machine, the hydraulic hoses must be unplugged at the
plug-in connectors.
The plug-in connectors to open and shut or to clamp and release
the clamping tools are behind the machine
tables.
