Do not adhere the adhesive elec-
trodes to the following areas of the
body:
a.
on or in the mouth,
b.
the eyelids,
c.
the front of the neck,
d.
the larynx,
e.
the throat area,
f.
the carotid artery,
g.
near the heart,
h.
the genitals (sexual organs: penis, testicles, etc.),
i.
the fingers,
j.
a pacemaker.
− The adhesive electrodes must not be attached
in such a way that the current flows directly
through the brain, such as placement on both
temples.

The transmission of electric current
may lead to lethal heart rhythm
disturbances if the current flow is
applied to both sides of the thorax
(sides, back, or front) or over the
chest/heart.

Do not adhere the adhesive elec-
trodes to the head and face (e.g.
mouth or eyes).
