Put the washer, the new
front seal (Pos. 7) and the
second washer back into the
housing.
Attention:
Observe the
installation direction of the
washers. The large chamfer
must point away from the
front seal.
Washers with the large cham-
fer facing outwards

Put the pressure spring back
into the housing.
Î
Apply the
WEH
®
Lubricant
part No. 74725 all around the
thread of the lower part with
a brush.
Î
Clamp the housing in a vice
with the appropriate
WEH
®
Clamping jaws.
Î
Screw the base unit together.
Î
Tighten the housing using a
torque wrench and the rolling
fork insertion tool.
Tightening torque
20 Nm ± 2 Nm
