Observe the
installation direction of the
washers. The large chamfer
must point away from the
front seal.

Lightly lubricate the inner
surface of the housing with
the WEH
®
Lubricant
part No. E99-40.

Put the washer, the new
front seal (Pos. 7) and the
second washer back into the
housing.

Lightly lubricate the sealing
surface of the housing and
the housing seals with the
WEH
®
Lubricant
part No. E99-40.
Î
Hold the housing vertically
down and screw the
base unit (Pos. 1) together.
Î
Clamp the connector in a vice
with plastic jaws.
Î
Tighten the housing using a
torque wrench and the
WEH
®
Hook wrench
size 35-60.
Tightening torque
10 Nm ± 2 Nm
