Frequency limiter
This function can set a maximum and minimum limit of the output frequency.
Even if a frequency command exceeds the maximum and minimum limiter
the inverter will ignore this value and stop at the values set.
Set first maximum limiter on setting.
Be sure that the maximum limiter (A061/A261) > minimum limiter (A062/A262).
The maximum and minimum limiter will not operate if 0Hz is set.
This function is not avalable under third control function.
