In caso di installazione del dispo-
sitivo nella zona ATEX II 1/2D,
con pericolo dovuto alla presen-
za di polveri esplosive attenersi
alle relative norme e regolamen-
ti.
ISTRUZIONI DI SICUREZZA
Per la connessione dei morsetti
del dispositivo attenersi alle nor-
mative locali.
Per la connessione di morsetti in
Zona 21 con pericolo dovuto alla
presenza di polveri esplosive, at-
tenersi alle normative vigenti per
l’installazione e la connessione
dei cavi.
- Fornire una protezione per i
contatti dei relè e i transistor
d’uscita contro i picchi di ten-
sione con cariche induttive.
- Verificare la tensione di alimen-
tazione applicata in base alle
specifiche riportate sul modulo
elettronico prima dell’avviamen-
to del dispositivo.
- Assicurarsi che la superficie sco-
perta dei fili dei connettori non
superi gli 8 mm di lunghezza
(pericolo di contatto con parti
sotto tensione).
- Assicurarsi che il pressacavo
stringa il cavo in modo sicuro,
fissandolo adeguatamente (pe-
ricolo infiltrazioni acqua).
- Collocare un interruttore di ten-
sione nei pressi del dispositivo.
- Non si garantisce la sicurezza
elettrica del dispositivo in caso
si impiego improprio o non con-
forme.
In caso di guasto, l’l’alimentazio-
ne dovrà essere automaticamen-
te interrotta mediante un inter-
ruttore di protezione FI al fine di
proteggere l’utilizzatore dal con-
tatto indiretto con tensione elet-
triche pericolose.

INSTRUCTIONS POUR LA ZONE
POUSSIERES EXPLOSIVES
(ATEX II 1/2 D).
Dans le cas de mise en place du
dispositif dans la zone ATEX II 1/
2D, avec danger dû à la présence
de poussières explosives se con-
former aux normes et règlements
correspondants.
CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ
Pour le raccordement des bornes
du dispositif se conformer aux rè-
glementations locales.
Pour le raccordement des bornes
dans la Zone 21 avec danger dû
à la présence de poussières ex-
plosives, se conformer aux nor-
mes en vigueur pour la mise en
place et la connexion des câbles.
- Fournir une protection pour les
contacts des relais et des tran-
sistors contre les pics de tension
à charges inductives.
- Vérifier la tension d’alimenta-
tion appliquée en fonction des
spécifications indiquées sur le
module électronique avant la
mise en marche du dispositif.
- Vérifier que la surface dénudée
des fils des connecteurs ne dé-
passe pas 8 mm de longueur
(danger de contact avec des piè-
ces sous tension).
- Contrôler que le presse-étoupe
serre le câble de manière sûre,
en le fixant convenablement
(danger d’infiltrations d’eau)
- Placer un interrupteur de ten-
sion à proximité du dispositif.
- La sécurité électrique du dispo-
sitif n’est pas garantie en cas
d’utilisation impropre ou non
conforme.
En cas de défaut, l’alimentation
devra être automatiquement cou-
pée avec un interrupteur de pro-
tection FI pour protéger l’utilisa-
teur du contact indirect avec des
tensions électriques dangereuses.

MIT STAUBEXPLOSIONSGE-
FAHR (ATEX II 1/2 D).
Falls die Einrichtung in der Zone
ATEX II 1/2D mit Gefahr durch
Staubexplosion brennbarer Stäu-
be installiert wird, sind die ent-
sprechenden Normen und Be-
stimmungen zu beachten.
SICHERHEITSANWEISUNGEN
Für den Anschluss der Klemmen
der Einrichtung sind die vor Ort
geltenden Bestimmungen zu be-
achten
Für den Anschluss der Klemmen
in Zone 21 mit Gefahr durch das
Vorliegen von Gefährdung durch
Staubexplosionen sind die Nor-
men zu beachten, die für die In-
stallation und den Anschluss der
Kabel gelten.
- Einen Schutz für die Kontakte
der Relais und der Ausgangs-
transistoren gegen Spannungs-
spitzen mit induktiven Lasten
liefern.
- Die Versorgungsspannung prü-
fen, die aufgrund der Spezifika-
tionen angelegt wird, die auf
dem Elektronikmodul stehen,
bevor man die Versorgung der
Einrichtung einschaltet.
- Sicherstellen, dass die freie
Oberfläche der Drähte der Steck-
verbinder nicht länger als 8 mm
ist (Berührungsgefahr von span-
nungsführenden Teilen).
- Sicherstellen, dass die Kabel-
verschraubung das Kabel sicher
einspannt und angemessen be-
festigt (Gefahr von Wasserinfilt-
rationen).
- Einen Spannungsunterbrecher
in der Nähe der Einrichtung an-
bringen.
- Die elektrische Sicherheit der
Einrichtung ist nicht gewährleis-
tet, wenn man sie unangemes-
sen oder nicht konform zu den
Vorschriften verwendet.
Bei Störungen muss die Strom-
versorgung automatisch durch ei-
nen FI-Schutzschalter unterbro-
chen werden, um den Anwender
vor indirekter Berührung mit ge-
fährlicher elektrischer Spannung
zu schützen.

D).
If the device is installed in a ATEX
II 1/2D zone, with hazard due to
the presence of explosive dusts,
follow the relative standards and
regulations.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
For connecting the terminals of
the device, follow the local stand-
ards and regulations.
For connecting the terminals in
Zone 21 with hazard due to the
presence of explosive dusts, fol-
low the regulatory standards in
force for installation and connec-
tion of the cables.
- Provide protection for the relay
contacts and output transistor
against voltage peaks with in-
ductive voltages.
- Check the supply voltage ap-
plied on the basis of the specifi-
cations shown on the electronic
module before starting up the
device.
- Make sure that the exposed sur-
face of the wires does not ex-
ceed 8 mm in length (hazard of
contact with live parts).
- Make sure the cable gland tight-
ens the cable safely, fixing it
properly (water seepage haz-
ard).
- Position a power switch near the
device.
- Electrical safety of the device
cannot be guaranteed in case
of improper or con-conforming
use.
In case of a fault, the power sup-
ply must be cut off automatically
by means of a safety switch F1 in
order to protect the user from in-
direct contact with hazardous elec-
tric voltages.
