9.3 Service Illustration
This illustration shows the general location of service
points for all models in this manual.
On a regular basis, check the condition of all
hydraulic lines, hoses and fittings. Replace any
that are damaged. Re-route those that are rubbing,
pinched or crimped. Tighten any fitting that is leaking.
Ensure fittings are clean and free of dirt.
On a regular basis, check all nuts,
bolts and screws. Make sure they
are all properly torqued.
Every 100 hours or annually: Wash and clean the
Wood Processor, remove entangled material, wood
chips, small debris
Grease Frame Slide:
Inspect daily, grease every
40 hours or weekly.
Winch Rope:
Inspect
during each use.
On a regular basis, check
all jacks, hinge and swivel
points, clean and lubricate
as required
Hydraulic Oil: See your tractors
maintenance instructions.
Optional Power Pack: check
every 40 hours.
Hydraulic Filter: Tractors: see your
tractor's maintenance instructions.
Optional Power Pack: clean every
100 hours or annually
