Delete a redial number
1.
In standby mode, press REDIAL/PAUSE
.
2.
Press UP, DOWN
or REDIAL/PAUSE to select the desired redial entry.
3.
Press MUTE/REMOVE to delete the selected entry.
Find handset (Paging)
You can ring a handset to help locate it.
1.
Press PAGE
on the base. All idle handsets ring and display

Press PAGE on the base again to stop the paging, or press TALK ON/FLASH, SPEAKER, MOBILE or any dial pad key (0-9, *, or
#) on any handset.
Temporary ringer silencing
When the telephone is ringing, you can temporarily silence the ringer of the handset or DDA200BT base without disconnecting
the call. The next call rings normally at the pre-set volume.
To silence the handset ringer:
Press END CALL/CLEAR or MUTE/REMOVE on the handset and
Ringer muted
appears.
To silence the base ringer:
Press VOLUME- on the DDA200BT base until L0 displayed in base LED.
Note: Each handset will ring when there is an incoming call unless the ringer volume is turned off. Pressing END CALL/CLEAR or
MUTE/REMOVE
on one handset will only silence the ringer of that particular handset.
Chain dialling
This feature allows you to initiate a dialling sequence from numbers stored in the phonebook, call log history or redial list while
you are on a call.
Chain dialling can be useful if you wish to access numbers other than phone numbers (such as bank account information or
access codes) from the phonebook, call log history or redial list.
To access a number in the phonebook while on a call:
1.
Press MENU/SELECT then UP/DOWN to select
Phonebook
.
2.
Press MENU/SELECT then UP/DOWN to select
Home
phonebook.
3.
Press MENU/SELECT then UP/DOWN to scroll to the desired entry or perform an alphabetical search (page xx).
4.
Press MENU/SELECT to dial the displayed number.
To access a number in the call log while on a call:
1.
Press MENU/SELECT then UP/DOWN to select
Call log
.
2.
Press MENU/SELECT then UP/DOWN to select the desired call log entry.
3.
Press MENU/SELECT
to dial the displayed number.
To access the redial list while on a call:
1.
Press REDIAI/PAUSE.
2.
Press UP, DOWN
or REDIAI/PAUSE
until the desired number displays.
3.
Press MENU/SELECT. If you do not press MENU/SELECT
within two seconds, the number displayed is dialled automatically.
Note: You can only view the numbers in the phonebook, call log or redial list while on a call and cannot edit, delete or save
entries. Press and hold END CALL/CLEAR to exit redial list, phonebook or call log while on a call.
