6.2.1 Potentiometer effect
Potentiometer Description
X0
The 0% position of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder can be
adjusted by means of the X0 potentiometer. By turning the
potentiometer clockwise, the piston rod moves towards increasing
stroke.
X1
The 100% position of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder can be
adjusted by means of the X1 potentiometer. By turning the
potentiometer clockwise, the piston rod moves towards increasing
stroke.
KPU
The proportional gain can be adjusted via the KPU potentiometer
towards the 100% position of the piston rod of the hydraulic
cylinder. By turning the potentiometer clockwise, the proportional
gain is increased.
KPD
The proportional gain can be adjusted via the KPD potentiometer
towards the 0% position of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder.
By turning the potentiometer clockwise, the proportional gain is
increased.
SF
The operating frequency of the control unit can be influenced by
means of the SF potentiometer. By turning the potentiometer
clockwise, the operating frequency is increased.
FM
The hydraulic center position of the control unit can be influenced
by means of the FM potentiometer. By turning the potentiometer
clockwise, the magnetic force is increased.
