To remove the meat grinder head, press the
lock button (5), turn the meat grinder head
(3) clockwise and remove it.
–
Unscrew the nut (12) and disassemble the
meat grinder head (3).
Using the “kebbe” attachment
Kebbe is a traditional Middle East dish cooked
of lamb meat, wheat flour and spices chopped
together to prepare the base for hollow rolls.
The rolls are filled and deep fried.
You can make different delicacies trying vari-
ous fillings.
Prepare the casing base.
–
Install the meat grinder head (3) in the
installation place (4).
–
Insert the screw (8) into the meat grinder
head body (3), install the kebbe attach-
ments (14) on the screw; make sure that
the ledges on the attachment (14) match
the grooves on the meat grinder head body
(pic. 10) and tighten the nut (12) (pic. 11).
–
Install the food tray (2).
–
Put the prepared casing base on the food
tray (2).
–
Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
–
Switch the meat grinder on by setting the
switch (6) to the position «
ON
» (on).
–
Use the pusher (1) to supply the base for
casing (pic. 12).
–
Cut off rolls of the required length.
–
After you finish operating, switch the meat
grinder off, setting the switch (6) to the
position «
OFF
» (off) and unplug the unit;
after that you can disassemble it.
–

RECIPE
Filling
Lamb meat 100 g
Olive oil 1,5 table spoon
Onion (minced) 1,5 table spoon
Spice to taste
Salt

Mince the mutton meat once or twice in the
meat grinder.
•
Fry onion in oil until it turns gold-yellow, and
then add minced lamb meat, all spice, salt
and flour.
Casing
Lean meat 450 g
Flour 150-200 g
Spice 1 tea spoon (to taste)
Nutmeg 1 pc.
Ground chilli pepper (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)

Mince the meat thrice, mince a nutmeg, and
mix all the components.
•
More meat and less flour in the casing pro-
vide better consistency and taste of the pre-
pared dish.
•
Fill the rolls, clamp at edges, and shape as
you wish.
•
Deep fry the rolls.
MEAT GRINDER CARE
•
After you finish operating, switch the meat
grinder off, setting the switch (6) to the
position «
OFF
» (off) and unplug the unit;
after that you can disassemble it.
•
Press the lock button (5), turn the meat
grinder head (3) clockwise and remove it.
•
Unscrew the nut (12) and remove the
installed attachments (10, 11, 13, 14) and
the crossed blade (9) from the screw (8).
•
Remove the screw (8) from the meat grinder
head (3).
•
Remove remains of the food products from
the screw.
•
Wash all the used parts and attachments
of the meat grinder with warm soapy water
and a neutral detergent, then rinse and dry
thoroughly before assembling. Do not wash
the meat grinder parts and attachments in a
dishwashing machine.
•
Clean the meat grinder body (7) with a
slightly damp cloth and then wipe dry.
•
Do not use solvents or abrasives to clean
the meat grinder body (7).
•
Provide that no liquid gets inside the meat
grinder body.
•
Before you put the accessories away for
storage, make sure that they are dry; smear
the plates (10, 11) and the crossed blade
(9) with vegetable oil – this will protect them
from oxidation.
