Note: For m aking high-quality coffee always heat up
the filte r (16) a n d the filter h o ld er (1 5) preliminary.
-
Make sure that the unit is switched o ff (the button
indicators are not lighting), and the steam supply
knob (11) is set to the position «OFF».
- Remove the water tank (10) and fill it with cold water
till the «МАХ» mark.
- Cover the tank (10) with the lid (9) and place it on the
coffee maker body (3).
- Install the filte r (16) into the holder (15) (pic.
1).
- Add ground coffee into the filte r (16), slightly tam p
the ground coffee with the back side of the m easur
ing spoon (17) and attach the filte r holder (15) to
the coffee maker boiler; to do this, place the filte r
holder handle (13) as shown on the picture 2, then
turn it to the right till bumping (pic. 3).
- Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
- Press the button (6)
to switch the coffee
maker on, the button (6) indicator will be flashing.
- Wait till the boiler heats up (the button (6)

dicator will stop flashing).
- Place a suitable cup on the grid (2).
N ote: The coffee cups should be preheated; to do this,
place the cups on the tray (8), during w ater heating in
the bo ile r the tray (8 ) heats up too.

N ote:
•
During c offee m a ker operation the indicator o f b u t
ton (6 ) ( b / w will flash o r lig h t constantly from time
to time, showing the heating elem ent operation; this
operation m ode maintains the bo ile r tem perature
within the se t range.
Watch the coffee m aking process, i f necessary,
stop the w ater sup ply b y pressing the bu tton (4 o r
5) again.

A fte r you finish making coffee, som e w ater m ay drip
from the filte r ho ld er (15) openings, it is normal.
•
Control the tray (1 ) filling, pe riodica lly p o u r o u t the
liquid from it a n d wash it with water.

Switch the coffee m aker o ff pressing the button (6)

- Wait till the coffee maker cools down and remove
the filte r holder (15). To do this, turn the handle (13)
to the left till bumping.
- Remove the filte r (16) from the holder (15), remove
the ground coffee remnants and wash the filte r (16).
M aking cappuccino
A ttention!
Be careful to avoid burns by hot steam going
out o f the cappuccinator pipe (12).
Make coffee as described in the chapter
«Making
espresso».
Use a cup of such capacity so it has enough
space fo r adding frothed milk o r cream to the coffee.
Froth the milk in a separate bowl and add it to the coffee.

Press the button (7) ( | ) / ^ t o switch the steam sup
ply mode on and wait till the button (7) O A ® . indi
cator stops flashing.
A tte n tio n ! When switching th e steam supply m ode
on, som e w a te r m ay drip from th e boiler; b e careful
to avoid bu m s b y h o t w a te r drops.

Take a narrow high glass (preferably a metal one),
and fill it with cold milk or cream approxim ately by
1/3.
- Put the tip of the cappuccinator pipe (12) into the
glass and turn the knob (11) counterclockwise. The
tip of the cappuccinator pipe should not touch the
bottom of the glass, as this can prevent the steam
release; with certain skill you can make frothed milk
in several seconds.
N ote:
The first p o rtion o f steam may contain som e w a
ter; that's why it is necessary to release the steam
into appropriate container during several seconds.
Then s to p the steam supply with the knob (11) and
use the cappuccinator pipe (12) to make frothed
milk.
The steam intensity is c on trolled b y turning the
k n o b ( 11).

Switch the steam supply o ff by setting the knob (11)
to the position «OFF».
- Switch the coffee maker o ff pressing the button (7)
the button indicator will go out.
Im po rtant notes
-
Milk used fo r making frothed milk must be fresh and
contain no additives, do not use so-called «long
storage» milk.
- It is recommended to use w hole milk with fat con
tent from 4 to 6%, cream fat content should be not
less than 10%.
- Clean the cappuccinator pipe (12) and the tip right
after milk or cream frothing: to do this, put the cap
puccinator pipe into a glass of water, setting the
knob (11) to the position «ON», then switch the
steam supply o ff and switch the coffee maker off.
- Wait till the coffee m aker cools down, detach the
attachm ent from the cappuccinator pipe (12) and
remove the tip from the cappuccinator pipe (12),
turning it counterclockwise, wash the tip under a
w ater je t and attach it back to the cappuccinator
pipe (12).
- Always check that there are no dried milk remnants
in the opening of the cappuccinator pipe (12) tip.
W arm ing th e drinks
You can warm up your drinks by putting the cappuccina
to r pipe (12) into the cup.
- Press the button (7) ( ! ) / 'Ф ' to switch the steam sup
ply on and wait till the button (7)

stops flashing.
- Put the cappuccinator pipe (12) into the cup with the
drink you want to warm up.
