connected to the port of the power board
or the connection is not good.
b.
The mains power has been cut off or the
24V AC power supply has failed.
If the red LED on the power board in the
housing is lit, the causes may be:
a.
A bad Fuse or it is not installed
b.
The MOLEX is not connected to RJ45 or
the connection is not good in contact; the
power PCB is not connected to the
receiver PCB or the connection is not
good.
c.

low.
b.
4. The power PCB is faulty.
a.
Check if the power supply is
connected, or confirm that the plug
contacts are good.
b.
Check to see if the mains power has
been cut off. Check to see if the 24V
AC transformer is ok.
a.
Replace the fuse. The fuse is a 4-
ampere one.
b.
Check and confirm all the wire
connections are correct and good in
contact.
c.
Use a voltmeter to check the voltage
load to the dome. If the voltage is less
tan 24V AC, the power supply is not
suitable.
d.
Please contact factory or distributor for
replacement of power PCB.
Dome will self test, but
can not be controlled
a.
The address and baud rate do not match
with
that of the controller.
