7. Alarm Setup
Main menu → Alarm Setup
The VPP has 4 built in Alarm Inputs and 2 relay outputs which can be configured in the following manner:
1. Alarm Input No.:
This set the alarm input to be configured.
2. Alarm Mode:
This can be set to either:
OFF
– The input is not active
Arm
– The input is active
Time
– The input is active between set times (see 7. Set ARM/DISARM Time)
3. Alarm State:
This can set the input to Normally Open (N.O.) or Normally Closed (N.C.)
4. Alarm Action:
This set the action that the VPP is to take on receipt of an Alarm input. This can be set to:
Preset 1-220, Preset Tour 1-4, Learn Tour 1-4 or Autopan 1-4.
5. Alarm Output:
This can be set to close either of the relay outputs.
6. Reset Delay:
This can be set between 1-255 seconds; this is dependant on the Alarm Behaviour setting
being set to ―During RD‖ see point 8 below.
