Digital Audio Problems
No audio produced
even though LQ is
high and BER is low. Audio Output Type
not set correctly. Check settings for
Audio Output Type
on the MPEG Page.
Setting must match
BOTH incoming
signal AND the
Audio A/Audio B
wiring installed at
the Audio
Connector.
No audio when
using Linear Audio
or DVB-S. RX System does not
support Linear Audio
or DVB-S. Use supported audio
format.
Analog Audio Problems
No audio produced
even though RCL is
high. Subcarrier
frequencies not set
correctly. Check subcarrier
frequencies on both
the transmitter and
the RX.
Use Monitor Radio
to view the alarm
status and identify
which subcarriers
not being received.

Configurator won’t
install on PC. Previous version of
RX Configurator
already installed. Uninstall previous
version using the
“Add/Remove
Programs” function
in Windows Control
Panel.
