Enabling the Stirling burner
Information on commissioning
The power generating part of the system
may only commence operation subject
to permission granted by the power sup-
ply utility. Only the auxiliary burner may
be operated in the delivered condition to
enable heat to be generated in any
period between installation and permit
being granted.
Set parameter 7221 to a value of 0
(inactive) to operate the Stirling
burner after permission has been
issued by the power supply utility
(see page 115).
Entering a fixed day
Enter the day and month as the fixed day
in parameter 9100 (e.g. 01/01). See also
page 104.
The fixed day needs to be specified for
documentation purposes in case an
application for a tax rebate is submitted
for the amount of gas used by the Stirling
burner.
Checking the gas type
The appliance is set up for operation with
natural gas E.
The burners need to be converted to
operate with natural gas LL (see "Gas
type conversion" on page 66).
1.
Determine the gas type and Wobbe
index from your gas supply utility.
2.
Convert the burners when operating
with natural gas LL (see page 66).
3.
Record the gas type in the report on
page 66.
