Introduction to the report software  

This software can be used to retrieve call statistics from Vidicode Voice 
Servers. 
 
At the first startup, the following screen is displayed: 

 

 
Fill in the name, IP-address, FTP username and password, and click OK. 
In the main screen, click the Refresh button to begin downloading the 
list of calls (menu Data, Refresh). This may take a long time, depending 
on the number of calls that are on the device. 
In the main screen only a limited number of calls are displayed. (See 
menu Extra, Configuration, Settings to set how many). You can export 
the complete listing from the menu Data, Create Report. 
 
From the menu Statistics, you can retrieve five types of statistics: 

 

Time Calls: The number of calls per time of the day  

 

Duration Calls: The number of calls per time duration  

 

Waiting Time: The number of calls per waiting time  

 

Number of Calls: The number of calls per day of the week  

 

Local number: The number of calls per local number  

 
 The statistics are available in three forms: 

 

Grid: Table-based information that can be exported to CSV format 

(for spreadsheet import)  

 

Chart: Graphical display  

 

Report: Text file

To filter the data to specific criteria, click menu Data, Filter Data. The 
data filter determines which calls are included in graphs, tables, and
