Step 11:

Att

ach the mower to the tractor’s 3

-point hitch.

Step 12:

◼

Attach the PTO shaft, the shear bolt at the implement side.

Step 13:

◼

Check that all fasteners are tightened correctly.

Step 14:

◼

Hooking up the hydraulic hoses to the tractor and check all hydraulic functions.
Note that regular operation of the hydraulic cylinders is only achieved when all air in the
system is gone. It takes some time to vent the system.

Step 15:

◼

Lower the machine horizontally, with the PTO shaft straight back in a place where there is no
loose sand or other material that could pose a danger to yourself, others, or the machine.

◼

Ensure that the machine blades do not get caught while rotating anywhere.

◼

When the tractor is idling, switch on the power take-off at 540 rpm. Slowly raise the tractor's
revolutions until the power take-off runs at 540 rpm.

◼

Check that everything works smoothly, correctly, and safely. Correct if necessary.
