EMHD Assembly Instructions 

STEP 1:  

Unpack the crate and check that all parts are secure. Please contact us immediately if any part is 
missing or damaged at Victory Tractor Implements.  

Scope of delivery:

Mower body with flail shaft and side gearbox. 

◼

 

Rear swing arm & Front swing arm (linkages). 

◼

 

Side shift cylinder. 

◼

 

Connection arm for a 3-point hitch. 

◼

 

Support legs two pcs. 

◼

 

Hydraulic hoses; four pcs.

 

◼

 

PTO shaft with a shear bolt. 

◼

 

Protective cover for corner gearbox. 

◼

 

PTO shaft holder hook. 

◼

 

Gearbox oil. 

◼

 

Instruction manual. 

◼

 

Seal rings set. 

STEP 2:  

Install the support legs 

◼

 

Install the shorter support leg (1) into the rear swing arm. 

◼

 

Insert the longer support leg (2) into the connection arm for the 3-point hitch. 

◼

 

Secure both legs with L-pins and R-shaped cotter pins.
