Step 3:

Install the side-shift linkage swing arms at the joint of the mower
’s
body, as shown in the
figure.
There are two different linkage swing arms:
-
Front swing arm with the bracket for the hydraulic cylinder.
-
Rear swing arm with the support leg bracket.

Mount the swing arm cylinder as shown. Use the fasteners shown in the exploded view
drawings in this manual and have the pins pointed downward. Ensure the joints can move
freely.
Step 4:
◼
Position the hydraulic side shift cylinder as shown in the figure and insert the mounting bolt
M24x130.
Step 5:
◼
Tighten the retaining nut on the side-shift cylinder bolt until the Nylon collar locks the nut.
Ensure the joint can move freely.
Step 6:
Install the hydraulic hoses. Note that the hoses are of different lengths!

Fit the most extended hose to the valve of the reversing cylinder and the shortest hose in the
lateral cylinder to the nearest hose nipple.
◼
The turning cylinder has ORFS-type connectors.
You must install O-rings in the valve grooves.
You can find these O-rings in the
Operator’s
manual package.
◼
Tighten all hose connections, including the quick connector.
◼
Check the tightness of all joints.
Step 7:
Grease the rotor shaft for the first time.
◼
Ad grease on both transmission end grease nipples of the rotor shaft.
Ensure that the rotor shaft bearings are well lubricated.
Step 8:

Install the PTO protection cone to the gearbox with four bolts.
Step 9:
◼
Ensure the drive belt tension is correct.
Step 10:
◼
Ensure the gearbox is filled with oil.
