Headlight Aim Adjustment (CROSS COUNTRY)
1. To adjust the headlamp vertically, remove the
headlight bezel by pulling straight outward at

screws evenly to adjust the beam upward.
2. To adjust the headlamp horizontally, tighten
one screw and loosen the other equally. The
beam will adjust to the direction of the tighter
screw.
3. Verify proper headlight aim. Readjust if necessary.

2. Hold the headlamp firmly in position while
tightening the nut.

Headlight Lamp Replacement
High Intensity Discharge (HID) Lamps (CROSS COUNTRY)
High intensity discharge lamps should be handled only by a trained technician wearing the
appropriate protective gear. See the
VICTORY Service Manual
or an authorized VICTORY
dealer.
Halogen Lamps (CROSS ROADS)
1. Unplug the wiring harness from the back of the headlight (lift the tab). Be sure to pull on
the connector, not on the wiring.
Tip:
Avoid touching a halogen lamp with bare fingers. Oil from your skin leaves a residue, causing a hot
spot that will shorten the life of the lamp. If a lamp is touched, clean it thoroughly with denatured
alcohol.
2. Remove the spent lamp and install a new lamp.
3. Reinstall the wiring harness.
