Performance Tests
In the
Network Configuration
pane (Figure 27):

Switch Group Name
, specify the name of the simulated SDN network and

specify the version of the Open flow channel between
switches and controller.

, enter the number of OpenFlow switches that need to be
simulated.

is 64.
4.
In
Start MAC address
, specify the address of the first switch for each switch
group. For example:
If the
MAC address
of the first switch is 00:00:00:00:00:01 and consists of
10 switches in the first switch group, the first switch number of the 2
nd
switch group
Start MAC address
will be 00:00:00:00:00:11.
If you specify a value less than 11 in the starting MAC address for the 2
nd
switch group, it will result in an error message.
5.
In
Number of Ports
, specify the number of ports for each switch of the
simulated network.

In the
Traffic Profile
field, click
Select
beside the text box that allows you
select a suitable traffic profile carried by packet-in messages.

# of flows
displays the number of hosts simulated in each switch.
Show Advanced Configuration
The components displayed in Figure 28 enable detailed configuration for each switch
in a switch group network. To view the range, let your cursor hover over the specific
field.
