Configuring a Traffic Profile

 

To create a L2 custom traffic profile: 

1.

 

In the 

Traffic Profile

 screen, click  

. The 

Add a New Traffic Profile

 

screen (Figure 16) is now displayed. 

2.

 

From the

 Type

 drop-down list, select 

CUSTOM

. The 

Traffic Profile- Type 

Custom

 screen is displayed.

In the 

Data

 text box, enter the custom data for the packets in this traffic 

profile. You can modify up to a maximum of 4 bytes of the payload data by 
applying the modifiers.

Click  

 to save the L2 custom traffic profile. 

After a traffic profile has been created, it can be used to test the performance of a 
controller. 

View Traffic Profiles 

To view existing traffic profiles and their details:
