DECODER Command (45h)
1. Send command 0024h “Set Frame Count” with the 32-bits of data set
at desired frame count.
2. Send decoder command (such as Stop or Pause) with fields Inline = 1
and Inline Mode = 011b.
0026 Film Mode (24 frames/second): This command is ignored by firmware,
as it is no longer required. Film mode is automatic.
0028 Select Audio/Video Stream ID: This command is used to select differ-
ent audio and video stream IDs within a System or Program stream. Transport
stream use a different mechanism, see command 003Dh Set Transport Program
ID (PID).
This command changes the audio and video stream IDs to decode as determined
by bits 15-8 of the command.
The below table shows bit settings to allow MPEG video and audio to decode
default video and audio stream IDs. This is the decoder’s power-up default.
The below table selects the audio stream ID to decode where AAAAAb deter-
mines the audio stream ID:
