CineCast Quad Pro Version 2.6 Installation and User Manual
DECODER Command (45h)
This command sets default PSI table values.
• PID type is specified in the upper eight bits of the command.
• PID value is specified in the 32-bit data field.
• ID is 16 bits for program number 13 bits for transport PID.
Current default values are 0x10 (video), and 0x11 (primary channel audio).
Defaults may be changed by the Set Transport PID command. These values will
stay set until they are changed by another Set Transport PID command.
To use values specified by the PSI tables in the stream (specified in the Transport
PMT packet), set the audio and video PIDs to zero. Values may be changed at any
time and become effective immediately even during playback.
A soft reset command will set the audio and video PIDs to zero, thus PID values
will be pulled from the PSI tables in the stream.
003E Set Frame Freeze: This command allows the user to select frame freeze
vs. field freeze when using the “Pause” or “Pause on Underrun.”
• 003E – Pause with Field Freeze displays the same data in both video
fields to prevent frame jitter. This is the default.
• 013E – Pause with Frame Freeze displays both fields.
