14. Push in the o-ring equally around the plate

into o-ring groove

15. Plate with equal mounted o-ring

16. Place the plate on the shaft in the valve

body

17. Tighten plate screws to block.

18. Loosen the plate screws a quarter turn

counter clockwise.

Fact:

Plate is now movable on shaft and ready

to sliding into valve seat. Proceed with step
