5.1.1 Replacement of plate o-ring

Description

Required tool

Pre

1. Vent vacuum system on both sides of the valve.

2. Move the plate to position 50% open.

3. Disconnect electrical POWER connector at valve and remove valve from

vacuum system.

Pay attention:

– Electrical power is needed for plate adjustment in step 19.

– Take care to the sealing surface!
