The collimator is powered through an external power supply at 24 V DC.

If the enclosure is mechanically damaged DO NOT USE. In case of doubt,
before taking any action, please contact your distributor or Varex Imaging Nederland
B.V..

or other markings on the outside of the collimator are missing.
Requirements for SERVICE PERSONNEL
The device may only be installed, repaired or serviced by qualified SERVICE PERSONNEL, i.e.:

Authorized by the RESPONSIBLE ORGANIZATION of the device;
•
Authorized by the manufacturer;
•
In possession of the diploma’s / certificates required by national and local legislation.
WARNING:
Service, maintenance and adjustments may only be executed by qualified SERVICE
PERSONNEL.
