Calibration of the touch screen
During manufacturing, the touch screen is calibrated to be used as expected. When there is a need to
re-calibrate the touch screen (e.g. when not responding as expected), follow the next steps to re-
calibrate the touch screen (note: this is not part of the
Service screen 1
):
1.
Power OFF the collimator.
2.
Press the Push button to activate the Light field and bucky laser (see §2.4) and keep it
pressed (release it in step 6).
3.
Power ON the collimator.

When the
Start-Up Screen
is displayed on the touch screen, touch the touch screen once.

When the error message appears, select

When the
Touch Screen Calibration Screen
is displayed, release the field and bucky laser
activation button, and follow the instructions and select the cross symbols displayed. When
calibration is completed, the
Main Screen
is shown. Power OFF and ON again before use.
Field light illumination level
Select a value for field light illumination level after the text “Lamp Level”. The actual selected value has
a box around the value.
Field light illumination time
Select a value for field light illumination time in seconds after the text “Lamp (s)”. The actual selected
value has a box around the value.
CAN bus speed
Select a value for CAN bus speed after the text “CAN (kbit/s)”. The actual selected value has a box
around the value.
