Mounting a DAP meter
The Collimator is prepared for mounting the DAP meter 1570015 of Vacutec and KermaX-plus of IBA.
Steps to install the DAP meter, see Figure 4 for part explanation:
1.
Remove the rear cover according instructions in §3.5.
2.
Pull both protective earth connectors from the enclosure connection tabs
3.
Loosen the hexagon screws (approx. 3 turns). Hexagon screw wrench size: 5.5 mm
4.
Carefully lift the DAP meter guiding’s and insert the DAP meter
Note:
Check that the DAP meter tabs are fully captured in the recesses (Figure 4)
5.
Fasten the hexagon screws
6.
Reconnect both protective earth connectors to the enclosure connection tabs
WARNING:
Ensure that the protective earth connections are properly connected.
7.
Close the rear cover according instructions in §3.5
