Hardware Handshaking must be enabled, see

without exposure will be returned.

Gain Calibration Progress
window will appear. When prompted (waiting for X-ray),
perform exposure.

Once all X-ray frames have been accumulated, the calibration process will average the gain
calibration image for the current mode.
