MAINTENANCE

This chapter primarily covers keeping the system in proper working condition. Periodic maintenance can im-
prove capacity utilization by preventing malfunctions and unplanned downtime. The prerequisite is efficient
planning of maintenance work and materials. For safe maintenance by appropriately trained personnel, ob-
serve the following:

Risk of death due to electrical current!

Contact with live components (conductor rail) may result in life-threatening injuries.

Ensure that the relevant components are not live and protected against unautho-
rized access.

NOTICE!

The inspection and maintenance tasks listed in the technical documentation must be
performed and documented regularly:
