FRONT PANEL VIEW
Below the controls described above is a view of the JSD-‐60 front panel. When connected to the
JSD-‐60, this view duplicates the look of the front panel. In addition, the buttons can be pressed
to change format or mute the system, just as on the front panel. The LED above the format
button lights when that format is selected. It flashes if the format is a digital format and no
digital signal is present on the selected input.
8.10 TABS
The remainder of the GUI window contains tabs that divide the remaining configuration data
into logical groups. Each tab will be discussed in the following sections.
8.10.1
SUMMARY TAB
The “Summary” tab (shown above) gives an overview of the JSD-‐60. The Theater Information
fields may be changed as needed for the unit’s installation details. The other sections of this
screen cannot be changed. These are unit settings and inform the user about the hardware
configurations, firmware, and network connection information.
Theater Information
The data in the theater information fields is not used by the JSD-‐60, but is stored in the JSD-‐60
for the convenience of the user. Fill in the desired information. This data will be saved with
other configuration information in the JSD-‐60 and displayed the next time the unit is connected
to. When viewing the Overview, the Theater Name will appear in the title for each screen.
Component Information
Various pieces of information about the JSD-‐60 are shown here. The Output Type identifies an
output option card installed. By default, the output option will indicate “Analog 8.” Included in
