A snorkel is permitted for use on installations where
additional vertical rise is required on the exterior of the
building. Refer to the table for the approved models.
Note -
The use of a snorkel does not reduce the
minimum required venting or termination clearances.
Note
- If there is a soffit above the snorkel termination
the supplied heat deflector must be installed. Trimming
the length may be required to fit correctly.
