SAFETY AND OPERATION INFORMATION

When using any electrical appliance, especially when children are present basic safety precautions
should always be observed.

Use only on AC 230 V, 50 Hz.

Always unplug the appliance immediately after use. To unplug the cord by grasping the plug – do
not pull on the cord.

Never put the Motor Unit (F) under a tap or in a dishwasher but clean it with a damp sponge.

The Pusher (A), Cover (B), Stainless Steel Grater / Filter (C), Filter Base (D), Pulp Container (E) and
Juice Container (I) can simply be washed by dishwasher or wash up in the usual way under the tap.
However, always beware of the blade which might hurt your hands when washing.

Handle carefully with the small blade on the Stainless Steel Grater / Filter (C) and also the feed
chute that has a sharp protrusion inside. They are extremely sharp.

Never touch the moving parts.

Be sure the unit is completely assembled before using. Do not operate the unit without the Pusher
(A), Cover (B), Stainless Steel Grater / Filter (C), Filter Base (D), Pulp Container (E) and Juice
Container (I) in place.

Always use the Pusher (A) to push food down the feed chute. Never use your fingers, or any utensil.

Always use the appliance on a dry and level surface. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric
burner or any hot surface.

Never run the Motor Unit (F) when it goes with accessory but without food.

Never attempt to take food or liquid in to and/or out from the Juicer when the Stainless Steel
Grater / Filter (C) is moving. Always wait until the Stainless Steel Grater / Filter (C) stop
completely.

For safety reasons and to avoid maintenance by unskilled persons. The appliance should always be
returned to an approved Service Center only for adjustment or repair if required.

Use only the accessories provided in the UCJ-411 centrifugal juicer.

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a
similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

WARNING – This appliance should be used according to the instructions. Abuse of using the
machine will cause hazard. Care is needed when handling cutting blades, especially while
cleaning.
