To Configure AE Configuration-Specific Storage Settings:
1.
Tap the touch screen
Menu
button.
2.
Select
Administrator > DICOM > Storage… > AE Configuration > Settings…
.
3.
Using the
Compression Preference
selector buttons, modify the preferred order of the
Single-Frame
(
1
) and
Multi-Frame
(
2
) compression methods.
4.
Select a
Lossy Compression Quality
setting (
3
).
5.
Configure
Storage Options
(
4
) as required:
Convert BGR to RGB
and
Store Grayscale Images
.
6.
Select
OK
to accept the changes or
Cancel
to exit without saving.
To Configure Global Storage Settings:
1.
Tap the touch screen
Menu
button.
2.
Select
Administrator > DICOM > Storage… > Global Storage Settings
.
3.
Select the appropriate
Storage Options
(
1
):
Schedule
and
Max Frames per Compress Loop
.
4.
Configure
Failure Handling
(
2
) options now, or complete them at later date.
5.
Use the
Browse
button to select a local drive or network
Storage Folder
(
3
)
6.
Select
OK
to accept the changes or
Cancel
to exit without saving.
Note:
If a
Storage Folder
is selected,
DICOM
(specifically, the
AE Configuration
and
Storage Commitment
dialogs) will be disabled, preventing the transfer of images to an
SCP
.
