To leave the disable function, repeat the
same procedure to remove the X symbol
from the display.
AUTO-RETURN
Note that the timer will automatically
revert to clock display if it is left for longer
than a minute in SET mode without
adjustment. If the display is showing
countdown time in progress, then the
auto-return will not activate until
countdown has finished.
RESET
Keeping theSET button pressed, use a
round object such as the tip of a ballpoint
pen to press the RESET button. Release
the RESET button first, then the SET
button. Resetting erases all programs
from the timer.
CHANGING THE BATTERIES
Programming will make sure that the
programmed is always connected to the
mains supply. Should it be disconnected
the said program will be lost. The batteries
serve to store the programming done.
The batteries have an approximate life
of some three years, as long as the
programmer remains connected to the
mains supply, If this is not the case they
eill last six months or so.
When the light of the LCD numbers
weakens this will indicate that the
batteries have run down. To have them
replaced, go along to a specialised
establishment.
After having replaced the batteries it will
be necesary to reprogram the appliance
Do not throw the used batteries ento the
rubbish: Deposit them in a special used-
battery container.
ABNORMAL DISPLAY
When the LCD display is abnormal or
blank, unplug the timer from the mains
and press RESET. Make sure, too, that
the battery is adequately charged.
REPAIRS
If any fault should develop, do not hesitate
to take the appliance to an Authorized
Technical Service Centre.
PROGRAMADOR REGRESSIVO
(CONTAGEM PARA TRÁS)
A função do programador de contagem
para trás serve para ligar e desligar o
aparelho durante um período que va
desde 1 segundo até 23 horas. Para
configurar o programa tem que fazer o
seguinte:
• Faça pressão no botão
‹
ou
fi
para
ver a mensagem CD PROGRAM no
painel de exibição. No modo “relógio” é
suficiente fazer pressão no botão
‹
.
• Faça pressão no botão SET: então
aparece ressaltado o símbolo SET, e
ON ou OFF começam a fazer pisca-
pisca.
• Escolha ON por meio dos botões
‹
fi
.
• Faça pressão no botão SET: nesse
momento a hora começa a fazer pisca-
pisca. Escolha a hora desejada por meio
dos botões
‹ fi
. Faça pressão de novo
no SET. Faça a mesma operação para
ajustar os minutos e os segundos.
• Faça pressão no botão SET para
concluir a programação.
No exemplo da figura, o relógio de
controle do tempo tem sido configurado
para que esteja ligado durante 1 hora e
30 minutos. Faça pressão no botão CD
para pôr a funcionar a contagem para
trás.
No LCD aparece a hora contando para
trás até chegar ao zero. Passado este
tempo o aparelho fica desligado. Durante
a conta atrás são desactivados os
restantes programas. Aperte ON/OF para
cancelar a conta atrás.
CANCELAMENTO MANUAL
O temporizador poderá ligar-se ou
desligar-se em qualquer momento
através do botão ON/OF. O símbolo ON/
OF do LCD pisca para indicar que o
modo de cancelamento manual está
activo.
O modo de cancelamento manual fica
desligado ao pôr a funcionar um
programa prefixado ou de contagem para
trás. Então, os símbolos ON/OFF deixam
de fazer pisca-pisca.
CANCELAMENTO E CANCELAMENTO TOTAL
Para cancelar um programa, escolha-o
no painel de exibição através dos botões
‹ fi
e faça pressão no SET. O símbolo
SET aparece ressaltado. Faça pressão
no botão ON/OFF para exibir no painel o
símbolo X, indicando assim que o
programa tem ficado desligado. Dado
que não vai fazer outras modificações no
programa, faça pressão no SET até que
o painel de exibição deixe de fazer pisca-
pisca.
Para cancelar todos os programas, faça
pressão no botão SET no modo CLOCK.
Quando o painel de exibição começa a
fazer pisca-pisca, torne a fazer pressão
no botão ON/OFF.
Nesse momento tem que aparecer o
símbolo X indicando que todos os
programas tem sido cancelados. Tenha
presente que a contagem para trás não
vai ficar alterada pelo cancelamento total.
