COUNTDOWN TIMER
The countdown timer function can be
used to turn the timer on or off for any
period between 1 second and 23 hours
59 minutes. Follow the steps below to
set countdown time.
• Display the CD PROGRAM using the
‹
or
fi
buttons (if in clock display mode,
simply press the button
‹
once).
• Press the SET button. The SET symbol
will be displayed and either ON or OFF
will flash.
• Select ON using the
‹
or
fi
buttons.
• Press the SET button. The hour will
flash. Adjust the hour as required using
‹
or
fi
, then press SET again. Follow
the same procedure to set the minutes
and seconds.
• Press SET to finish programming.
In the example shown in the figure, the
timer is set to remain on for an hour and
a half. Press the CD button at any time to
activate the countdown.
The timer displays the time, counting
down until it reaches zero, at which
moment the timer will turn itself off.
During the countdown all of the other
programs are deactivated. Press the ON/
OFF to cancel the countdown.

modo tem que desaparecer o símbolo X.
RETORNO AUTOMÁTICO
O relógio de controle do tempo passa
automaticamente para a posição de
relógio quando fica durante mais de 1
minuto no modo PROGRAM. Se na
pantalha de exibição está a aparecer a
contagem para trás, o retorno automático
não funciona até que a contagem tenha
finalizado.
REGULAÇÃO A “0”
Mantenha apertado o SET e faça pressão
em RESET com um objecto redondo do
tipo de uma ponta de bolígrafo. Deixe
livre primeiro o botão RESET e depois o
botão SET. Ao ficar a zero desaparecem
todos os programas.
MUDANCA DAS PILHAS
A programação menter-se-á desde que
o programador permaneça ligado à rede
eléctrica. No caso de ser desligado,
perdería-se tal programação. As pilhas
servem para manter a programação
realizada.
A duração das pilhas é de
aproximadamente três anos, desde que
o programador permança ligado a rede
eléctrica. No caso contrário, a sua
duração será de uns sete meses.
Quando a luz dos números do LCD fique
debilitada isto indicará que as pilhas
estão quase gastas. Para Substituí-las
diirija-se a um estabelecimiento
especializado. Depois da mudança das
pilhas será necessário voltar a programar
o aparelho.
Não deite as pilhas gastas para o lixo.
Deposite-as nos contentores existentes
para esse fim.
PANEL DE EXIBIÇÃO ANÓMAL0
Quando o painel de exibição apresenta
uma situação anómala ou aparece em
branco, é preciso desligar o programador
da rede e aplicar o procedimento de
regulação a “0”. Verifique também se a
pilha está devidamente carregada.
REPARAÇÕES
No caso de que o aparelho tenha algum
defeito não duvide em acudir ao Serviço
Técnico Autorizado.

MANUAL OVERRIDE
The timer can be connected or
disconnected at any point by means of
the ON/OFF button. The ON/OFF symbol
on the LCD flashes to show that the
manual cancel mode is active.
The manual override mode is cancelled
when a preset or countdown program is
activated. The ON/OFF symbol will stop
flashing.
DISABLE / MASTER DISABLE FUNCTION
To disable a program, use the
‹ fi
buttons to select it, then press SET. The
LCD will flash and the SET symbol will
be on.
Press the ON/OFF button now and an X
symbol will be displayed to indicate that
the program selected has been disabled.
If no further changes are to be made,
press SET to stop the display flashing.
To disable all programs, press the SET
button while in CLOCK mode. With the
display flashing and the SET symbol on,
press the ON/OFF button; an X symbol
will come on to show that all programs
have been disabled.
Bear in mind that the CD program is not
affected by the master disable.
