Manufacturer warranty
The device was manufactured and tested with all due
care. For the case that, in spite of this, defects should
be indicated on delivery, we issue a guarantee with the
following conditions:
1. During the guarantee period of 2 years from
purchase date we remedy such defects, in accordance
with our choice and at our own expense, through
repair (sending back to our works) or through
replacement delivery of a defect-free device.
2. Not covered by the guarantee are normal wear
of wear parts or damage which results through non-
observance of the directions for use, inappropriate
handling (e.g. breakage) and/or dismantling of the
device through the customer.

Furthermore, no claims against us for compensation
are established by the guarantee.
3. Guarantee claims can be made applicable within
the guarantee period only and through presentation
of proof of purchase. In the guarantee case, the
device, together with the proof of purchase and
description of the complaint, is to be sent back to
UEBE Medical GmbH, Service Center,
Zum Schlag 18, Wertheim D-97877.
Contractually-agreed defect claims of the customer
against the vendor, in accordance with § 437 BGB,
are not limited by the guarantee.
