FM CLOCK RADIO
FUNCTION AND CONTROLS
(see fig. 1)
POWER CONNECTION
Plug the AC power cord to a household outlet AC source. This unit is equipped
with a battery back up system, it requires a 1x3V CR2032 Flat Lithium battery (Not
included). Insert the battery in the battery compartment, making certain that the
positive and negative (+ and -) battery terminals are attached to the corresponding
terminals on the plate in the battery compartment. If an AC power failure occurs,
the clock automatically switches to the battery power supply, the clock and timer
memory continue running. When the AC power resumes, the clock switches back
to AC again.
POWER ON/STANDBY
1. In standby mode, tap the POWER ON-OFF button (1) once to turn on the unit.
2. Press the POWER ON-OFF button (1) once to return the unit to standby mode.
TIME MANUAL SETTING
1. Press and hold the CLK.ADJ button (2), the time will start to flash.
2. Press the << TUNE DOWN / HOUR button (3) to increase the HOUR.
3. Press the >> TUNE UP / MIN button (4) to increase the MINUTES.
4. Once time is set correctly, press the CLK.ADJ button (2).
NOTE:
• Press the >> TUNE UP / MIN button (4) or << TUNE DOWN / HOUR button (3)
once to increase one number at a time.
• Press and hold the >> TUNE UP / MIN or << TUNE DOWN / HOUR button to
quickly increase the numbers.
ALARM SETTING
You can preset and store two separate alarm settings. It allows you to set an
alarm for yourself and a second as a backup, or use the second independently
timed alarm for a partner.
SETTING ALARM 1 (or 2)
1. Please ensure the radio is OFF.
2. Press and hold the VOLUME DOWN (or UP) / ALARM 1 (or 2) ON-OFF SET
button (5 or 6) to set ALARM 1. The alarm time will flash on the display.
3. Press the << TUNE DOWN / HOUR button (3) to increase the HOUR.
4. Press the >> TUNE UP / MIN button (4) to increase the MINUTES.
5. To toggle between Buzzer and Radio alarm mode, press the VOLUME DOWN
(or UP) / ALARM 1 (or 2) ON-OFF SET button (5 or 6) until the desired option
is highlighted on the LED display.

6. Once alarm is set, press the VOLUME DOWN (or UP) / ALARM 1 (or 2) ON-
OFF SET button (5 or 6) once to confirm setting.
SNOOZE FUNCTION
1. When the alarm (buzzer or radio) is triggered, press the SNOOZE/SLEEP/
DIMMER button (7). The alarm will turn off for approximately 9 minutes.
2. To cancel the SNOOZE function, press the POWER ON – OFF / ALARM OFF
button (1).
LISTENING TO THE RADIO
HINTS FOR BEST RECEPTION
FM - To insure maximum FM tuner reception, unwrap and fully extend the
EXTERNAL FM WIRE ANTENNA for best FM radio reception.
1. Press the POWER ON – OFF / ALARM OFF button (1) once to turn radio ON.
2. Press the VOLUME DOWN / ALARM 1 ON-OFF SET button (5) to decrease
the volume.
3. Press the VOLUME UP / ALARM 2 ON-OFF SET button (6) to increase the
volume.
4. Press the << TUNE DOWN / HOUR button (3) to decrease the FM frequency.
5. Press the >> TUNE UP / MIN button (4) to increase the FM frequency.
6. Press the POWER ON – OFF / ALARM OFF button (1) once to turn radio OFF.
TO SET / RECALL THE RADIO PRESETS
You can preset and store the frequency of 10 radio stations in the memory.
1. Press the POWER ON – OFF / ALARM OFF button (1) once to turn the radio
ON.
2. Set radio to desired station.
3. Press and hold the CLK.ADJ./ MEMORY / M+ button (2) and PO1 will flash on
the screen.
4. Press the CLK.ADJ./ MEMORY / M+ button (2) to confirm setting to PO1 or
wait 15 seconds for flashing to stop.
5. Repeat the steps above to preset more radio stations.
6. To recall a preset station, press the CLK.ADJ./ MEMORY / M+ button (2) to
toggle through the current preset radio stations.
SLEEP OPERATION
When listening to radio, press Snooze/Sleep button (7) to enter sleep mode. You
can just adjust the sleep timer from 90mins to 10mins by pressing the Snooze/
Sleep button (7). The unit will automatically turn off after the selected time.
