Setting clock
‼ NOTE
• Clock programming mode, will automatically appear when fresh
batteries are installed�
- Install the batteries, to start-up the console in fully reset mode�
All segments will light up for ± 2 seconds, starting the console in
“Clock & Calender mode”�
- Display “TIME/500M” shows “Time” value, use “UP/ DOWN” to
set correct “hour” value and confirm by pressing “MODE”�

pressing “MODE”�
- Display “STROKES” shows “Year” value, use “UP/ DOWN” to set
correct year value and confirm by pressing “MODE”�
- Display “CALORIES” shows “Month” value, use “UP/ DOWN” to
set correct year value and confirm by pressing “MODE”�
- Display “PULSE” shows “Day” value, use “UP/ DOWN” to set
correct year value and confirm by pressing “MODE”�
- Alarm function will blink, showing it being in “ON” mode,
use “UP/ DOWN” to set to “OFF/ ON” mode and confirm by
pressing “MODE”�
Alarm function
The alarm function is in on mode when the Chimes symbol is light up,
and in off mode when chimes symbol is dimmed�
Switch between the on and off mode by pressing “UP/ DOWN”
buttons and can be confirmed by pressing “MODE”�
The alarm time can be set similar as done for the clock time�
How to row
Catch
Comfortably forward with straight back and
arms�
Drive
Push with the legs while arms remain
straight�
Finish
Pull through with arms and legs rocking
slightly back on your pelvis�
Recovery
Upper body tips forward over your pelvis
and move forward�
Catch
Back to the starting position and begin
again�
Catch - Drive
Begin the stroke comfortably in forward position and push strongly
back with your legs while keeping your arms and back straight�
Finish
Begin to pull your arms back as they pass over your knees and
continue the stroke through to completion rocking slightly back over
your pelvis�
Recovery - Catch
Return to the starting position and repeat�
⚠ WARNING
• Always consult a doctor before beginning an exercise program�
• Stop immediately if you feel faint or dizzy�
Console (fig F)
⚠ CAUTION
• Keep the console away from direct sunlight�
• Dry the surface of the console when it is covered with drops of
sweat�
• Do not lean on the console�
• Only touch the display with the tip of your finger� Make sure that
your nails or sharp objects do not touch the display�
‼ NOTE
• The console switches to standby mode when the equipment is
not used for 4 minutes�
• If the console is in standby mode, the display shows the room
temperature, clock and date�
Explanation of buttons
Mode
- Press the button to confirm your selection�
Start/ Stop
- Press the button to start the training�
- Press the button again to pause the training (max� 5 minutes)�
- Press the button again to continue the training�
- Press and hold the button to stop the training�
Recovery
- After the console detects pulse signal, press the RECOVERY key to
enter recovery mode to monitor heart rate recovery ability
Reset
- Press button to return to the menu� (in programming mode)
- Press button to reset console� (when being in pause mode)
- Press and hold the button to reset the meter�
