Change gear sets
The required degree of crumbling is achieved by effective
adjusting of rotor speed and forward speed.
Change gear sets with different transmission ratios are
available for precise tuning of rotor speeds.
Sets of additional rods
Additional rods can be fitted in between the standard bars of
open centre depth control rollers ensuring a perfectly level
and tightly compacted seed bed.
Packer roller/star packer roller/tyre roller
A packer roller or star packer roller allows operations to be
carried out even in moist conditions.
Both the packer roller and the star packer roller comprise of
scrapers. The star packer roller compacts the soil less tightly
than the packer roller. A tyre roller is specifically suited in
light, crumbling soil conditions to obtain an even result.
Levelling board
The levelling board ensures that a level seed bed is obtained
when preparing the soil for drilling.
This device is fitted between the trough and the depth control
roller. Thanks to its special manner of assembly the board
rides out of the ground if an excessive soil bulk is moved.
For quick and easy adjustment the levelling board can be
fitted with a spindle device
Blades
Certain operations such as - for example - working stubble
land or cutting up old pastures require a special approach.
Operations of this type can be carried out effectively after
fitting the ROTERRA power harrow with blades. It should be
noted that blades require more power than tines.
Potato tines
Provided that there are no stones in the field, the LELY-
TERRA can be equipped with so-called “potato tines”. These
extra long tines make it possible to carry out a deeper tillage
operation.
