The File Management Menu
SAM-Q-SDI system configurations can be saved both internally and externally. Up to 8 internal
configurations can be stored and recalled suing the internal store, whilst an unlimited number of SAM-Q-
SDI system configurations can be saved to a USB thumb drive and then subsequently loaded into any one
of the 8 internal stores.
The File Management Menu is also used to load and save system configurations to and from the SAM-Q-
EDIT application.
Please note that when loading configuration files from a USB thumb drive, filenames must not exceed 30
characters in length.
To access the File Management Menu, select File Management using Source Select button 5 from the
System Menu.
Select Save Config to save the current state of the SAM-Q-SDI
The unit name of the SAM-Q-SDI appears by default
